可移動式多功能空調機之研發

本研究為「可移動式多功能空調機」之研發。該原型機除包括除濕機之基本元件和相似結構外，並在蒸發器和冷凝器之間加裝一串聯但有一間隔的兩個風扇; 在兩風扇間加裝一可改變風流動方向的閥門特殊設計，且在冷凝器後方加裝一多段電加熱器; 在適當位置加裝進、出風口，各出風口均可接出風導風管; 當該原型機設定除濕和乾燥功能時，除了可對室內空氣作除濕外，並可經由後出風導風管將除濕後之低相對溼度的乾燥空氣送至乾燥箱或衣櫃、鞋櫃等對某特定物品作乾燥用途; 此外，透過操作風門功能切換開關後，就能產生冷氣或暖氣之功能。如此，該原型機成為多功能之空調機，具有除濕和乾燥、冷氣或暖氣等功能; 該原型機加裝四個滾輪及遙控器，增加可移動和遙控切換功能之特性，增加使用者的便利性。相信此一研發成果可突破傳統除濕機單一功能之設計，而成為一機多功能且省能方便之創新發明。

The aim of this research is the design of a “movable multi-functional air-conditioner”. Addition to the similar elements and structure to a dehumidifier, two fans are inserted in series between the evaporator and condenser with a suitable interval inside the prototype, there is a special design of wind door can change the wind direction between the two fans; an multiple-section heater is added after the condenser; and the entrance and exit air doors are located on the suitable position of the body surface, the exit door can connect with a wind duct. While the function of dehumidifying and drying is set, addition to dehumidifying the indoor air, the dry air can be delivered to any of particular areas for drying purpose, such as drying cabinet, wardrobe or shoes cabinet. Furthermore, it can be generated the functions of cooling and heating by switch the wind door between the two fans; from this, the prototype becomes a multiple function air-conditioner, owning the functions of dehumidifying, drying, cooling and heating. Four wheels and remote controller are also added to the machine, the extra functions of mobility and remote control can be achieved, and the convenience of user can thus also be obtained. It is believed that the achievement of this R & D can make a breakthrough of an unique functional design of the conventional dehumidifier, and it can become a multi-functional, energy-saving and convenient creative invent.
