自控加濕多功能省能空調機之研製

The research and fabrication of an auto-control humidifying multi-function energy-saving air-conditioner

摘要


本研究係將本校潔淨能源中心的多功能空調機,加入冷凝水再利用的省能創意設計,整合而成為一台「自控加濕多功能省能空調機之研製」,其機台構造元件由小型空調機延伸,於冷凝器、蒸發器各別加裝獨立風扇放置於一平行面上,同時在冷凝器及蒸發器中間加裝一只可自動開關的八字風門,以利改變風的流動方向,且將冷凝器、蒸發器下方位置裝導水槽以方便集水,並在有效位置擺設一只訂製有濾水功能的水槽,把潔淨的水導引至特製的超音波加濕器裡,進行水霧化處理。然後將霧化水汽經管路引到冷凝器由風扇帶出;如冷凝水過多時,霧化器會把多餘的水,導引回到水槽內儲存並可利用自動排水器將水排出,當冷凝的水量,如持續增加達到水槽上限時,機器則會自動停止運轉,等待把水排出時,方可恢復運轉模式;當機器運轉時風量會經由特製逆止風門進入冷凝器及蒸發器,且在兩側出口端上裝有可任意調整的噴流型風口開關,可直接調整方向使用,亦可接導管至使用場所,方便使用者在不同功能時的運轉使用;該原型機使用性上有收納式電源集線器、可掀式維修門、四個全方向活動式滾輪,可隨意移動及方便加水、維修等之便利考量。 本研究的主題,是將移動空調機運轉時,所冷凝空氣所排出的水加以利用,其一為將水霧化加濕,當使用暖氣時空氣不會太乾燥,其二為將水噴進散熱中的冷凝器作為蒸發冷卻高壓高溫的冷媒側,使冷凍能力提昇降低壓縮機作功,其三為長期使用時排水管不會有滲水的困擾,使之達到省能及多功能的目的,此舉創新製作之研發把移動式空調機,增加了更省能及更多功能的便利,也提升此類型機種的競爭力及市場的需求性。

Based on the ‘multifunctional air-conditioner’ which created by KSU, and accompanied with performance promotion, invention & design of energy saving and reusing of condensing water as well, a ‘multifunctional energy saving & automatically moisturizing air- conditioner’was produced in integrity. The structure of platform is an extent of the mini size A/C. The condenser & evaporator were set on a parallel plane with a fan individually installed on them and an auto control damper set between them to change the flow direction of air. On one hand, a water guiding tank was located under the condenser & evaporator to collect drainage. On the other hand, a water tank of special design and filtering as well was set on an effective place to guide the clean water into an ultrasonic humidifier of special design and to proceed atomization processing. Then, the atomized vapor was lead via pipe to condenser where drawn outside by fan. In addition, if the condensing water were excessive, the atomizer will lead the remaining water to the draining sink for storing so as to be drained by auto drainer. Whenever, if the condensing water kept rising to the high limit of the sink, the equipment will automatically stop running and restore to the operation mode as the water in sink is discharged out completely. For the further situation, the air flow will enter condenser & evaporator via a special check-damper as A/C in operation, and an adjustable nozzle-damper was mounted on the exit end of two sides. With this design, it can be used directly or the cooling air to be drawn to the working place by connecting a pipe with it and the user can operate the A/C in different mode. With functions of retractable power cable collectors, repair door with a lifting cover, four movable wheels of omnbearing, the prototype presents many conveniences such as mobile, easy to supplement water, repairable etc. The subject of the research is to reuse the draining water which made by the condensing air as the mobile A/C in operation. That would be just for several reasons. The first, moisturized by water atomized, should it become too dry as A/C in operation of hot mode. The second, the capacity of refrigeration will be increased and the work done by compressor be mitigated by ejecting water into the radiating condenser to evaporate and condense the refrigerant side. The third, the purpose of energy saving & multifunction will be attained and no water leakage in draining pipe even through a long- term running. With this research &creation of invention & design, the mobile A/C has increased the conveniences of more energy saving & more multifunction and augmented the competition & demand of market as well.
