傳統熱泵式冷暖氣機以調整四通閥來改變冷媒流動方向來產生冷或暖的功能,由於凝結器的散熱面積必須大於蒸發器,若以冷氣功能為主設計時,室外熱交換器必須大於室內熱交換器,如此當使用暖氣功能時必容易故障和能源效率降低;若以暖氣功能為主設計時,室內熱交換器必須大於室外熱交換器,如此當使用暖氣功能時必容易故障和能源效率降低。同時目前市售之分離式冷(暖)氣機有易故障和不能換氣等缺點。 本研究與金風機械股份有限公司共同研發省能耐用的無四通閥分離式冷暖氣機,主要藉由傳統冷氣機之基本元件和搭配入、出風口閥門、閥門控制系統、氣流通道結構、風扇、多段式的加熱器、送風管、回風管和室內送回風機所構成新的裝置;可藉由閥門控制系統對進、出風口閥門之控制,以產生不同效果的氣流通道,以達到熱天時使室內空氣通過蒸發器降低室內溫度;而室外溫度超過6℃之冷天時,使室內空氣通過凝結器產生暖氣提高室內溫度;在室外溫度6℃以下之冷天開暖氣時,為避免室外氣溫與蒸發器(溫度設定為1℃)溫差過小,使冷凍循環無法運作,此時壓縮機設定停機電風扇繼續運轉,啟動加器器加熱室內溫度。因而可改善傳統含四通閥分離式熱泵冷暖氣機的缺點,因而達到省能耐用且一年四季皆可有效調節室內溫度至舒適程度之目的。同時,因本產品可採用目前冷氣機之匹配良好的元件,故可大大降低開發成本,增加產品競爭力。
Conventional heat-pump type air-conditioner generates cooling or heating function by changing the coolant flow direction from adjusting the four-way valve. Because the heat dissipation area of condenser must be greater than that of evaporator; if the cooling function is the first priority design, the outdoor heat exchanger must be greater than that of indoor heat exchanger, then it will cause the disadvantages of easy-breakdown and low energy efficiency for heating function during the cold season; if the heating function is the first priority design, the indoor heat exchanger must be greater than that of outdoor heat exchanger, then it will cause the disadvantages of easy-breakdown and low energy efficiency for cooling function during the hot season. Meanwhile, the conventional separation type air-conditioner has the disadvantages of easy-breakdown and cannot introducing fresh air. This research co-operates with Kim-Feng mechanical Ltd. to develop an energy-saving and durable separation type air-conditioner without four–way valve. To construct this new air-conditioner by using the conventional basic components of conventional air-conditioner and equipping with intake and outlet valves, valve control system, construction of air- ways, fans, multiple-section heater, intake air pipe, draw-out air pipe and inside-room air-controller. To generate different effect air-ways by means the control of intake and outlet valves by valve control system; it can be achieved cooling effect by drawing the room-air to pass by the evaporator; in the situation of temperature of ambient air is greater than 6℃, it can be achieved heating effect by drawing the room-air to pass by the condenser; in the situation of temperature of ambient air is less than 6℃, in order to avoid the temperature different between the ambient air and condenser ( it’s temperature is set at 1℃) is too small that will make the refrigeration cycle breakdown; in that situation the compressor will stop and the heater will start, it can be achieved heating effect by drawing the room-air to pass by the heater . Therefore, it can improve the shortages of conventional separation heat-pump type air-conditioner and achieving the purpose of energy-saving, durable and comfortable all seasons. Meanwhile, because this product can use present components of air-conditioner; thus the development cost can be reduced and the competition ability of this product can increase.
