就組織創新而言,近年來雖然有大量相關研究,但創新擴散的研究卻相當缺乏,然而組織創新擴散在創新角色一環中,扮演關鍵性角色。Wolfe(1994)認為組織創新主要有三種不同的研究取向,分別是「創新擴散」之研究取向、「組織的創新能力」之研究取向、「歷程理論」之研究取向。是故,本研究主要目的係探索關於服務業組織「創新擴散」之過程,分別從理論面與實務面來加以闡述,並探討創新擴散對服務業有關影響,藉以能提供服務業組織創新擴散模式的新選擇。基於上述,本研究之研究範圍係以服務業為主要研究之對象,在考量了專家學者的推薦與公司配合意願的情況之下,以質性研究法針對天下雜誌2004年五百大服務業排名中,績效頗佳且具備組織創新擴散環境與特質的15家企業,並依組織創新擴散領域學者Rogers(2003)之組織創新擴散模型,以建構服務業「組織創新擴散模式」。 本研究主要目的是在建構「服務業組織創新擴散模式」,並提供企業改善的依據與方向。研究方法上,本研究是根據文獻探討、深度訪談、透過內容分析法,推論出有助於後續理論發展與實證研究之相關命題及「服務業創新擴散模型」。此外,基於模式建構之研究結果,針對後續研究者提出研究建議,並對服務業提出因應策略。
Regarding the topic of organizational innovation, there is a large amount of relevant researches in recent years. However, the research about innovation diffusion is quite scarce. The diffusion of organizational innovation plays a very important role among the innovative factors. According to Wolfe’s (1994) study, there are three main streams in innovation literature, which are “Diffusion of Innovation”, “Organizational Innovativeness,” and “Process Theory Models.” Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to explore the process of the “Diffusion of Organizational Innovation” about the service industry, and to discuss issues from the aspects of theory and practice. Furthermore, this research exploreed the related effects of “Diffusion of Organizational Innovation” about the service industry, expecting to perform a new option of the models of “Diffusion of Organizational Innovation” about the service industry. As mentioned above, service industry is the focus of this research. Considering recommendations from scholars and possible cooperation from experts in companies, 500 largest service industries listed in the Common Wealth magazine (2004) were selected. 15 enterprises among the 500 largest service industries, which possessed the quality environment of Diffusion of Organizational Innovations and also presented special performance, were analyzed with their models of diffusion of organizational innovation according to Rogers’ (2003 ) models of diffusion of organizational innovation. This main purpose of research is to build and construct “a diffusion model for organizational innovation of service industry”, and to offer the enterprises a basis to improve. The research was conducted based on literature review, deep interview, and context analysis, to deduct a theory that contributes to follow-up and develops a study of a diffusion model for organizational innovation of service industry for the proposition. In addition, the results of this study proposed suggestions to the future researchers and strategies to the enterprises of the service industry.
