在進行技術移轉時,技術提供者與技術接受者對於技術價值評估並沒有一套完整的機制。站在技術提供者的立場,會採用對自己有利的因素,相對的,技術接受者亦以自己的立場來評估技術價值。因此雙方對該技術的價值就會產生相當大的落差。故建立起完整的技術評價模式是有其必要性。但技術不同於一般商品,其中的評估因素太多,且不易衡量,因此,本研究旨在將這些可能的技術評估因子作一彙整歸納。 本研究在文中將技術價值評估因子歸納為七構面,之後再對技術提供者與技術接受者提出技術價值評估模式。同時,本研究在文中亦透過案例設計與輔助程式來模擬文中所提的技術價值評估模式。而本研究所提出的理論、模式及輔助程式可為企業雙方在評估技術價值時,提供大方向的思考。
While carrying out technological transfer, technological providers and accepters don’t have a set of complete mechanism to evaluate technological value. When stand on a standpoint of technological providers, they maybe adopt advantageous factors by themselves, contrariwise, technological accepters evaluate technological value also with their own standpoint. Therefore, both sides of business will have sizable difference to the value of this technology. For these reasons, there are its necessities to set up a complete model of technology evaluation. But technology is different from the general goods; there are too many factors evaluated among them, and difficult to measure. Therefore, summed up these possible factors of technology evaluation is aim of this study. Factors of technology evaluation are summed up to seven units of construct in this study, afterward to technological providers and accepters brought up a model of technology evaluation. At the same time, this study also designed a case and auxiliary program for simulate model of technology evaluation in this dissertation. And this study brought up constructs of theory, model and auxiliary program etc; make both sides of business have a direction of thinking when they evaluate technological value.
