本論文乃一小產學合作之研發成果,合作廠商在國內生產橫編織機,目前合作廠商僅擁有該機器機構本體之設計專利,但機械核心之軟硬體控制技術,則仍由別的廠商或外籍廠商所擁有。為此,本合作廠商極力開發屬於自己的控制技術,以解決核心技術受制於人之窘境。 本研究不僅致力協助合作廠商擁有自己的軟硬體控制技術,同時亦期改進既有橫編織機之工作平台及硬體電路設計。開發初期,利用PC-Base豐富的軟硬體支援性能、具高親和力的圖形操作界面的開發平台來達到快速的橫編機控制器軟體編輯架構的建立,中期則開發新的驅動電路配合數位輸出入控制卡來控制橫編機作動,後期以撰寫新的編輯軟體整合已開發的硬體完成新橫編織機控制器。 本研究已獲得之成果包括:(1)建立橫編織機PC-Based工作平台,藉由PC友善的圖形介面,以提高撰寫橫編織機軟體控制程式之效率、增加操作者線上補助說明,便於使用者快速學習(2)硬體電路之設計重新改良,以減少電路短路的現象。此外,本研究已完整地建立橫編織機之軟硬體控制技術,並擬將該技術轉移合作廠商。
Research results of an NSC industrial corporative project regarding PC-based software and hardware controllers for a knitting machine are reported in this paper. Currently, the corporative manufacturer produces many types of knitting machines and owns patents on the machine structures. However, the core techniques of machine controllers are not owned by the manufacture. This study is conducted to aim the corporative manufacturer to develop and own the core techniques of knitting machine controllers. In addition, development of PC controllers and redesign of hardware circuit are under pursuit. This study has completed the following tasks: (1) PC-based working platform has been built. Operator can learn the programming more effectively through user-friendly and on-line help menu. (2) Hardware circuits on boards have been redesigned and layout so that previous circuit short-cut problems have been solved. In addition, complete hardware and software techniques have been built. The techniques are to be transferred to the corporative manufacturer.
