自我導向工作團隊之內部群體動力與外部支援機制對團隊效能之影響

摘要


本研究主要在探討自我導向工作團隊之內部群體動力、外部支援機制與團隊效能之關聯性。研究結果發現,團隊運作程序、團隊成員關係、組織支援系統與團隊間的關係對團隊績效有顯著的正向影響。而團隊成員關係對工作生活品質呈顯著的正向影響。至於,團隊運作程序、團隊成員關係、組織教育系統、組織酬償系統、組織支援系統與團隊間的關係則對整體團隊效能有顯著的影響效果。

This paper attempts to explore the relationships of IS SDWTs' internal group dynamics, external support mechanisms and team effectiveness. The results as follows: (1) Internal group dynamics and external support mechanisms are positively correlated to team effectiveness. (2) Team process, member relation, support systems and team unity relation have positive effects on team performance. (3) Member relation has positive effects on the quality of work life. Furthermore, it appears that team process、member relation、education system、reward system、support systems and team unity relation have positive effects on team effectiveness.
