This paper attempts to explore the relationships of IS SDWTs' internal group dynamics, external support mechanisms and team effectiveness. The results as follows: (1) Internal group dynamics and external support mechanisms are positively correlated to team effectiveness. (2) Team process, member relation, support systems and team unity relation have positive effects on team performance. (3) Member relation has positive effects on the quality of work life. Furthermore, it appears that team process、member relation、education system、reward system、support systems and team unity relation have positive effects on team effectiveness.
