企業要取得競爭優勢,必須培養核心競爭能力,掌握經營績效,有賴良好管理制度、企業文化及績效評估。資訊系統是提昇企業競爭力的重要武器,因此資訊系統績效評估是實務界關心的重要課題。 資訊系統的快速演化,使得企業評估資訊系統績效並不容易,本研究根據相關文獻整理,萃取出影響資訊系統績效的因素,並將影響因素分成數個構面,進一步提出觀念性架構,並以某股票上市公司為研究對象,依本架構規劃訪談及問卷的內容,了解管理者與使用者對影響資訊系統績效因素之看法。 本研究得出影響資訊系統績效因素分為四構面,一為管理者構面,即管理者的支持;二為組織構面,包括組織大小、工作流程、產業類別、顧問專業能力;三為資訊系統構面:資訊系統發展、資訊系統人員能力、軟體平台語言、硬體設備、新舊資料的轉置;四為使用者構面:使用者教育訓練、使用者態度;並配合個案研討,萃取出個案與文獻架構之差異,以供學者及實務界參考。
For obtaining competitive advantage, enterprises have to depend on fair management system, corporate culture and performance evaluation to cultivate their core competence and seize operating performance. Information system (IS) is a weapon to raise corporate competence, therefore the performance evaluation of IS has become an important issue that the business care. It is not easy to evaluate the performance of corporate IS because of the fast changing IS. Through literature review, this study extracted the factors influenced IS performance, and demonstrated the conceptual framework forward by those. By establishing the contents of interview and questionnaires, this study selected one public-listed company as the research objective to figure out the perceptions of those factors influenced IS performance from the managers and users. The resultants showed that those factors can be divided into four dimensions: (1) gerent: top management support (2) organization: organization size, work process, industry, ability of consultant (3) IS: stage of IS development, IS staff competence, language of software platform, hardware, data transposition (4) user: user training and education, user attitude. With the case study research method, it can find the dissimilitude of case and literature, then the conclusion above will be served as suggestions and references for both academic and business people in IS performance.
