可彈性連結之整合式電生理訊號擷取系統之設計

摘要


由於一個電生理訊號量測實驗系統,需包含了用來量測各種電生理訊號,例如,腦波圖、肌電圖、眼動圖以及心電圖的量測系統。但是,目前的電生理訊號量測大都僅針對單一特性或是單一模組來加以考量與分析。如此,隨著實驗的複雜度逐漸地提升,以及在相關電生理訊號的相互驗證逐漸受到重視下,一套整合式的電生理訊號擷取系統就有其設計上的需求與迫切性。再者,為了符合各種執行生理實驗環境的多變性,不透過PC主機來達到可攜式,長時間工作,多模組,以及彈性連結的弁遄A也是應用上的非常重要的需求之一。 因此,本論文-可彈性連結之整合式電生理訊號擷取系統設計即以此為考量所提出的。在此系統中,包含了兩個子系統:整合式電生理訊號擷取系統以及虛擬USB主機拷貝與傳輸系統。其中,針對不同的應用需求,整合式電生理訊號擷取模組系統提供了三種操作模式,分別為(1)Off-Line資料收集模式(2)USB電生理訊號擷取模式(3)USB硬碟資料傳輸模式。如此,可以提供整合使用的弁遄C此外,虛擬USB主機拷貝與傳輸系統則是可以無須透過PC主機,即可達成儲存在USB磁碟中的資料作傳輸與複製的弁遄A以方便使用者在稍後進行資料分析與處理。而這兩個系統分別具備了USB從裝置與主裝置的特性,以達到相互彈性連結的目的。 而透過本論文之實現,將可建立一套滿足電生理訊號擷取所需的基本系統,並提供生理實驗者更低價以及更具彈性組合之醫學生理研究的最佳工具。

An electrophysiological signal experiment system mostly comprises with different kinds of measurement systems such as, electroencephalogram(EEG), electromyogram(EMG), electrooculogram(EOG), and electrocardiogram(ECG). However, the current electrophysiological signal experiments mainly focused on a single character or a single module. As the complexity of electrophysiological signal experiment complexity increases, and the intensify attention paid on the validity of medical theory, there is a drastic need for developing a integrated electrophysiological signal experiment system. About considerations, the purpose of this study is to design a flexible combination of integrated electrophysiological signal acquisition device with 2 subsystems; one is an integrated electrophysiological signal acquisition device and another is a virtual USB device with data copy and transmission functions to supply flexible connection function. At the first subsystem of integrated electrophysiological signal acquisition devices consists of three operation modules. An Off-Line data collection module, a USB electrophysiological signal module, and USB device with hardware data transmission module for user to select. In addition, a virtual USB device with data copy and transmission is convenient for data analysis and processes. These subsystems also equipped with USB slave and master characters for interconnection. With this respect, the study will develop a flexible combination of integrated electrophysiological signal device. Further more, this system will provide an affordable and flexible efficient medical experimental tool.
