隨著企業國際化與全球化的演變,當今的企業是以知識、技術以及創新能力來做為公司取得競爭優勢的要素。創業導向代表企業在創造、掌握及追求市場機會的過程,而具備創業導向特質的組織是創新的主要來源(Steiner and Miner, 1997)。在全球競爭激烈之環境中,企業唯有透過組織創業導向來創造和尋求新投資活動機會,及策略性重建,才能讓企業在具有競爭優勢的狀態下存活 (Dess and Lumpkin, 2005)。 然而,社會資本在現今知識經濟時代裡扮演著非常重要的角色,已是知識管理的有效的催化劑(Fu and Tsai, 2005)。由以上討論可知,過去的學者偏重各別變項(包括創業導向及社會資本)對於競爭優勢之影響,至於變數與變數間之互動關係對於競爭力之影響,則少有研究進行探討,因此引起本研究動機,其本研究主要目的是探討:1.社會資本對創業導向的影響;創業導向與社會資本分別對競爭勢的影響;3.創業導向與社會資本的互動對於競爭勢的影響。本研究利用統計軟體SPSS10.0分析,及以台灣中小企業為研究母體進行研究,其本研究結果得知社會資本對於創業導向有正向影響,及創業導向與社會資本分別對於競爭優勢正向影響,但在創業導向與社會資本的互動對於競爭勢的影響則是部分的正向影響。
With the enterprise become internationalization and globalization, the enterprise nowadays run the key element of making the competition advantage for the company with knowledge, technology and innovation ability. Entrepreneurial orientation is the process of enterprise's creativity, control and grasp the opportunity from the market. It is the main source of the organization to innovate (Steiner and Miner, 1997).In the global fierce environment of competition, enterprises only can rely on the organization entrepreneurial orientation and the strategic reorganization to create and seek the new innovation opportunity to survive in the competition advantage (Dess and Lumpkin, 2005). However, social capital plays a very important role in the knowledge economic in these days, and becomes a very effective activator in knowledge management (Fu and Tsai, 2005). YFrom the discussion above, we can find out that the scholar before were focus on the effects up on the variables (including entrepreneurial orientation and social capital) to the competition advantage. However, there were very little research to analyze the relationship between variables and variables. So cause this research motive, its main purpose of research is probing into: 1.the effects of Social capital up on; 2.the effects of social capital and entrepreneurial orientation up on competition advantage; 3. the effects of social capital and entrepreneurial orientation’s interaction up on competition advantage. The study uses the analysis by the software SPSS 10.0. and mall and medium-sized enterprises of Taiwan as samples. This result of study learns that there are significant positive relationship between social capital and entrepreneurial orientation outcomes; there are significant positive relationship between social capital and e competition advantage outcomes; there are significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and competition advantage outcomes; The relationships between social capital and entrepreneurial orientation’s interaction outcomes are partially supported.
