信任對當前企業而言是非常重要的一環,企業不僅要讓顧客對它們的服務、產品、品質感到信任,或是整個上下游廠商對企業彼此產生信任,這都是一直廣受討論之議題,然而企業內部的信任問題也是非常重要的一項議題,員工彼此之間、團隊之間以及員工與主管間,都將會影響到企業內部的一些因素。 本文獻主要探討內部信任、組織公民行為、工作滿足之影響,過去學者提出內部信任是組織內的信任關係,乃是為正面的期望,也就是成員在組織角色、關係、經驗與互相依賴的意圖和行為。組織公民行為指員工所表現的正面態度、貢獻與忍耐的特質,而工作滿足指其工作的感覺或對工作中各個構面的一些相關態度。 本研究採用T檢定、ANOVA、主成份分析、複回歸分析、典型相關分析,本研究對象為科技公司員工,探討組織內部信任對組織公民行為與工作滿足之影響。 研究發現科技公司員工學歷較低、年紀輕、位於業務性部門且工作職級較低者對其主管信任程度會越高。也發現內部信任對組織公民行為與工作滿足皆有顯著影響,且組織公民行為與工作滿足也具互相影響,因此,本研究提出提出可行的管理方案,供企業作為提升內部信任的方式,及提供後續研究者建議。
The trust is count for much one wreath to current business, The business not only needs to let the customer feel a trust to their service, product, quality, or whole swim a manufacturer up and down to produce a trust to the business each other. They are the subject of the all popular discussion. However, the intern trust of business is also count for much subject, between the employee and the employee, between the term and among the employee and supervisor. They all will influence to some factors of the business internal. This reference mainly discusses internal trust, organizes citizen behavior and job satisfactions of influence. Internal trust is the climate of trust within an organization, defined as positive expectations that individuals have about the intent and behaviors of multiple organizational members based on organizational roles, relationships, experiences, and interdependencies. Organizing citizen behavior means the positive attitude, contribution and the characteristic of endurance expressed by employee. And the Job Satisfies to point the feeling that it works or some related attitudes of each factor to work. The research adopts the T test ANOVA, Principal Component Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis and Canonical Correlation Analysis. The research object is the employee of Technology Company. This research discusses Organizational Internal Trust associated with Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfactions. The research indicated that organizational citizenship behavior factor and Job Satisfactions factor are obviously relationship with internal trust.
