以虛擬實境技術開發射出成型機操作平台

摘要


本論文將Virtools Dev軟體與射出成型機結合,對射出成型機作3D虛擬仿真化,製作一套射出成型機的教育訓練虛擬教材。本教學平台之設計分為兩個部份:第一部份為虛擬實境訓練平台的建置,包括電腦輔助機構分析軟體與虛擬實境軟體之整合;第二部份為虛擬實境訓練教材建置,由公司提供領域知識轉成機台運作腳本,並設計操作者的人機介面,按照腳本在Virtools Dev互動軟體中撰寫程式。 透過此虛擬實境射出機操作訓練的協助,可以達到避免人員傷害或儀器的損壞、降低訓練成本、提升學習興趣、增進學習效果及打破時空訓練限制等效益。在此雛型基礎之下,未來還可繼續增進在遠端維修溝通平台與電子商務方面的發展,擴大虛擬實境在產業界的應用。

This thesis develops a training material of injection modeling machine in a virtual reality environment by Virtools Dev software. This development can be divided into two steps. The first one is to establish a platform to that the virtual injection modeling machine can be settled. It includes the integration of VR and mechanism analysis. The second step is to establish the interactive operating system. In this step, domain knowledge of injection machine operation provided by manufacturing company is translated into acting script to drive virtual animation. By the help of the virtual injection modeling machine, there are four advantages, including: (1) avoid novices injury and equipments damage, (2) reduce training cost, (3) promote learning motivation and improve learning efficiency, (4) learn operation in anywhere and anytime. Based on this virtual operation platform, the applications of virtual reality in industry can be extended by establishing a communication platform in remote repair and developing in e-business.
