技職體系環境工程教育課程適用性與就業需求之評估

摘要


本研究經由國內相關資料庫資料的搜尋與整理,對我國25所設有環境工程相關領域的技職體系學校進行現況分析,並進一步透過問卷抽樣調查,以該領域畢業生與詢問用人單位為對象,以瞭解現階段環工教育課程之適用性與培育人才之需求性。 首先,本研究針對25所學校進行課程比例、師資、師生比、畢業學生人數、現有學生人數等相關資料之現況調查,瞭解並分析我國技職體系環境工程教育的現況。 經設計之問卷則採取郵寄抽樣調查方式,對像為環工領域的畢業生與用人單位,前者問卷主要瞭解畢業生於職場工作後,對於以往學校所安排的課程,是否足以符合職場的需求;後者問卷主要是瞭解用人單位對於環境工程領域畢業生之服務表現滿意度調查,並將用人單位對於未來理想的員工應具有的相關知識進行調查。 最後,本研究將相關資料的彙整與問卷調查及分析所得結果,冀希能提供我國技職體系環境工程教育課程發展,以及提供足夠之社會需求人才培育的素質與資訊,以作為我技職體系環境工程領域的研究與評析之基礎與參考。

This research, firstly by means of collecting relevant archives, focused on the analysis of current situations of Environmental Engineering Department among twenty-five technological and vocational colleges in Taiwan. Then, via sampling questionnaires and interviewing the graduates as well as the organizations of this field, the suitability (practicality) and employment demand on environmental engineering curriculum in current stage will facilitate to be understood. In the beginning, we do research by investigating the proportion of each curriculum, the faculty, the relative rates among instructors and students, the numbers of graduates and students nowadays in these twenty-five colleges. Moreover, this paper helps to understand and analyze the current situations of environmental engineering education in technological and vocational system of Taiwan. Through mailing, then sampling questionnaires, two sorts of groups have formed: for one “the graduates majoring in environmental engineering”, and for the other “the organizations relevant to such field.” The former is mainly to know if what the graduates had learned in school meets the needs in career, while the latter is to know the companies’ satisfaction toward their staff of environmental engineering, and the obligatory requirements of their ideal personnel. Ultimately, we sincerely hope that our works on collecting relevant archives, sampling questionnaires, and analyzing the current situation would offer a better development in Taiwan’s environmental engineering education of technological and vocational system, and provide sufficient information as well as manpower-quality for social demands. Therefore, we expect this thesis can be the basic reference of studying and evaluating in environmental engineering fields.
