以FPGA為基礎的數位調光器之設計與實現

摘要


由於微電子電路設計技術與超大型積體電路製造技術的快速進步,帶動了數位科技的蓬勃發展,將類比電路數位化已成為電子科技一個重要的趨勢。由於數位電路具有較佳的準確度與較高的可靠度,若將類比電路所能完成之工作,改用數位電路來實現,已成為消費性電子產品之主要潮流。 本文採用相位控制技術來實現一個高效能調光器之控制電路,並使用現場可規劃邏輯閘陣列(Field Programmable Gate Array;FPGA)來實現控制電路之積體化,以取代類比調光器之控制電路。藉由研究結果顯示,利用數位電路實現之控制器,不但達到線性控制燈泡亮度、增加調整燈泡亮度的範圍與彈性電路設計之優點,且較不易受到溫度與零件老化之影響,因此可提高調光器之實用性。

The rapid advancing of microelectronic circuit design technology and very large scale integrated circuit manufacturing technology drives the development of digital technology, and the digitalization of analog circuit has become an important tendency of electronics. Since digital circuit has higher accuracy and reliability, realizing the work of analog circuit by using digital circuit has become a major trend of consumer electronic products. This thesis uses phase control technology to realize a control circuit of high efficiency dimmer and uses Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) to realize the integration of control circuit so as to replace the control circuit of analog dimmer. The research result shows that the controller realized by digital circuit can not only linearly control the brightness of the lamp, expand the range of lamp brightness and realize flexible circuit design, but also resist temperature and the aging of parts, so as to improve the usability of dimmer.
