聯軸器突緣正位度加工之改善研究

摘要


聯軸器突緣的用途為用來連結傳動軸與變速箱輸出軸,原先訂定的製程作業為利用中心孔尺寸當基準先行加工三組裝孔,但因為拉齒之中心與三組裝孔加工時之中心會產生誤差,而導致正位度偏移。故修正加工次序及加工夾具,使正位度符合客戶圖面之要求,也讓原先開發進度的瓶頸有最完善的突破,開發順利完成。

Flange-prop shaft coupling is used to connect drive shaft and transmission shaft. The original process was to use center hole as machining datum and then drill three holes first. However, the center hole and the three holes didn’t true located in the position it should be. It resulted in the deviation of true position. In order to meet the specification, the process has changed. This change made a big difference in comparison to the previous process. It not only improved the deviation of true position but also a breakthrough to the machining skill. The project ends with a success.
