摘要 栓槽 (Spline),為齒輪的一種類型,又可稱為栓槽齒或花鍵,使用於內栓槽齒與外栓槽齒裝配後進行傳動,與汽車用行星齒輪組(游星齒輪)以主動齒輪與從動齒輪配合方式略有不同,需要極為精密的裝配公差及切齒加工,方可實際裝配傳動,由於漸開線栓槽於切齒加工後須經熱處理加工,達到所需的齒輪強度,所以漸開線栓槽由切齒到熱處理加工後,加工及檢驗過程極為重要,本論文研究對象為一漸開線栓槽?(內栓槽),配合方式為邊配合(側隙配合),切齒方式為拉歯,熱處理加工方式為調質(hardening and tempering),由原料成形特性分析、拉齒尺寸設計,調質熱處理加工設計,漸開線栓槽齒形檢驗及分析,進行一系列漸開線栓槽之拉齒加工研究,經研究後發現,漸開線栓槽切齒前須設計適當之孔徑尺寸公差,配合正確的拉齒刀具,使用棒材成形或鍛造成形的材料,皆可達到所需的栓槽尺寸,漸開線栓槽的製程是否成功,最終以栓槽塞規檢具檢驗其齒形形狀誤差及齒空誤差。 關鍵詞:栓槽、花鍵、漸開線栓槽?、邊配合、拉齒、調質、栓槽塞規檢具、齒形形狀誤差、齒空
