軍訓教官在台灣已存在五十多年,面對社會多元化、經濟自由化、政治民主化,軍訓改革的呼聲甚囂塵上,軍訓界面臨潮流的衝擊,倒也未曾退縮,教官們一直戰戰兢兢的在工作崗位上無悔付出。近年來,對軍訓教官的肯定者有之,然軍訓教官也如同其他行業一般,面臨工作壓力、人際關係好與壞、主管領導風格的適應,引發想遷調學校的念頭;有鑑於此,本研究將範圍界定在雲嘉南高中職軍訓教官且為部屬身分者,以了解軍訓教官人際關係、工作壓力與主管領導風格之間的關係,進而影響遷調之傾向。因此本研究之目的有三,其一為「瞭解軍訓教官在眾多的相關因素之中,何者為影響遷調傾向的主要因素及相關性」,其二為「探討我國軍訓教官的人際關係因素、工作壓力因素、主管領導風格因素、遷調因素」,其三為「藉由調查研究,深入瞭解軍訓教官遷調原因,並提供決策當局及管理者採取有效配套措施,將可以有效降低軍訓教官工作壓力以增強留任,降低遷調意願。」 本研究採問卷調查法,施測對象選擇雲林縣、嘉義縣、嘉義市、台南縣、台南市等五縣市之公私立高中職軍訓教官且為部屬身份者為研究範圍。總共回收問卷312份,其中303份為有效問卷,並利用線性迴歸分析方法加以檢定之後,本研究發現: 一、人際關係愈佳,其工作壓力愈低。 二、主管領導風格影響人際關係顯著性高。 三、工作壓力愈大,其遷調傾向會愈高。
The military training instructors have existed for more than 50 years in Taiwan. Facing the social multiplication, the economical liberalization, the political democratization, the revolution of the military training becomes a clamorous issue. However, the military training instructors never retreated after facing with this impact; meanwhile, they have no regrets for involving in their works. In recent years, there is the positive attitude for the military training instructors. Moreover, just being similar to other professions, the military training instructors are facing with the work pressure, the good or poor interpersonal relationship and the adaptation to the supervisors’ leadership which sometimes leads some of them to feel like being transferred to another school. The scope of this research is military training instructors who are the subordinate identities in Yunjiana high school for the purpose of understanding the relationship among the military training instructors’ interpersonal relationship and the working pressure as well as the supervisors’ leadership. Meanwhile, the result may affects the tendency of transference. Therefore there are three purposes of this research, including “Understanding the main factor and relevance of the tendency of transference for military training instructors in the various the relative factors”, “Researching for military training instructors the all factors of interpersonal relationship, the working pressure, the supervisors’ leadership and the transference to another post” and “By this investigation and research, inquiring deeply the reasons of transference for military training instructors and providing the policy-making authority and the supervisors the effective coordinated methods which might reduce the military training instructor working pressure and strengthen effectively to hold over as well as reduce the inclination of transference to another post” This research adopts the questionnaire survey. The objects are the public or private high school military training instructors who are the subordinate identities in Yunlin County, Chiayi County, Chiayi, Tainan County, Tainan. 312 questionnaires are collected and among them 303 are valid, examined with the regression analysis method. Here are the results of this research: First, the better the interpersonal relationship is, the lower working pressure becomes. Second, there is a positive correlation between the supervisors’ leadership and the impact of interpersonal relationship. Third, the higher working pressure is, the higher the tendency of transference is.
