漆包線軸產業國際化關鍵成功因素之研究-以某兩家漆包線軸公司為例

摘要


本研究擬以漆包線軸產業為研究對象,首先透過專家訪談及相關文獻探討彙整此產業之國際化成功關鍵因素,再利用層級分析法(AHP),建立這些關鍵成功因素之層級架構;並依此架構,選擇此產業兩家具有代表性之公司,針對其經營關鍵成功要素,歸納出58個關鍵成功因素進行比較分析。本研究主要目的為:1. 探討漆包線軸產業國際化之可行策略2. 探討漆包線軸國際化關鍵成功因素3. 以AHP建立漆包線軸產業國際化成功關鍵因素之層級架構4. 以上述層級架構,比較兩家個案公司之國際化成功關鍵因素。 研究結果經整理歸納後,漆包線軸產業國際化的四大關鍵成功因素為「真」、「正」、「美」、「利」。在「真」方面,以品質及誠信最為重要。在品質項目中最重視的是人員,其次則為機器、原物料、模具及製造;在誠信項目中,最重視的是誠心,信用次之,時間觀念再次之。在「正」方面,以產品規格、研發與設計、管理層面最為重要。在產品規格方面,最重視的是類型多樣化,品質認證次之,產品差異化再次之;在研發與設計準則中,最重視的是創意,創新次之,減少污染、重新使用及回收等三方面再次之;而在管理層面裡,最重視的是風險控管,危機意識次之,成本控管再次之。在「美」的部份,以產品特性、產品包裝、人為因素最為重要。在產品特性準則中,最重視的是耐寒,抗拉次之,耐衝擊再次之;在產品包裝準則中,最重視的是材質,運輸次之,包裝設計再次之;在人為因素準則中,最重視的是瑕疵,其次為刮痕、污髒、接著及毛邊。在「利」的部份,以顧客滿意及客戶夥伴關係最為重要。在顧客滿意準則中,最重視的是價錢,品質次之,售後服務再次之;在客戶夥伴關係準則中,最重視的是長期合作關係,願意分享利益次之,尊重商業機密再次之。本研究所推薦之58個關鍵成功因素應可做為漆包線軸產業邁向國際之重要指標參考依據。

This study is to target on Enamel-Insulated wire spool industry and to identify a hierarchical framework for the key success factors (KSF) of internationalization through the adoption of Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP). Using this hierarchical framework, this study selects two companies as the study cases and identify 58 KSF. The purposes of this study are 4-fold: (1) to identify feasible strategies for the internationalization of the Enamel-Insulated wire spool industry; (2) to identify the KSF of internationalization of this industry; (3) to verify the hierarchical KSF framework for the internationalization of this industry, and (4) to compare the KSF of the two case companies according to the above KSF framework. The conclusions of the research are as follow: The Enamel-Insulated Wire Spool Industry has 5 key success factors of internationalization: “real”, “honest”, “appearance” or “benefit”. For the aspect of “real”, quality and honest/trust are two of the most important factors. For quality, the most important item is operator. For honest/trust in good faith, the most important item is the sincerity. For the aspect of “honest”, product specification, R&D and management level are three of the most important items. For product specifications, the most important item is the product variety. For R&D criteria, the most important item is creativity. For management level, the most important item is risk control. For the aspect of “appearance”, product characteristics and, product packaging and human are three of the most important factors. For standards in product characteristics, the most important item is the cold-resistant. For standards in product packaging, the most important item is the material. For the guidelines in human factors, the most important item is the attention to the defect. For the aspect of “benefit”, customer satisfaction and customer partnerships are two of the most important factors. For standards in customer satisfaction, the most important item is price. For the guidelines in customer partnerships, the most important item is long-term partnership. This study recommends that the 58 key success factors should be used as the firm of the Enamel-Insulated wire spool industry intend to get one more step for internationalization.
