使用者介面設計應用於英語行動學習系統之研究
A Research of the User Interface Design Applied in Mobile English Learning System
摘要
近年來由於資訊科技的進步，行動裝置硬體效能的提升，無線上網功能已成為行動裝置的標準配備，使得行動服務得已廣泛的被應用，加上我國政府也積極投入無線網路的基礎建設，推動行動台灣計畫，當中的行動學習應用，將改變使用者過去的學習方式，在學習的選擇上較為多元，且較不受地點與時間的限制。 台灣做為以貿易為經濟基礎的國家來說，英語一直是我們必須學習的重要國際語言之一，就行動學習而言，過去由於硬體上的限制，學習內容大部分是以單純的文字呈現來進行學習，且在介面操作上較為複雜，因此不受使用者的青睞。 由於行動裝置的硬體在設計上，為了符合輕、薄、短、小的行動需求，因此在系統建構的設計當中，必須隨時注意行動裝置的硬體效能、螢幕呈現的範圍以及介面操作方式等相關因素。本研究目的是藉由介面操作自由度以及資訊呈現內容量，進行英語學習系統建構，針對優使性與認知上對學習的影響之相關變數，進行問卷評量調查，研究結果分析顯示，在不同自由度的介面操作與不同資訊內容量呈現的程度中，自由度高介面操作與資訊內容量呈現少的情況下，優使性就愈高，同時也影響了學習的認知程度。 最後希望透過本研究結果，能在未來相關領域之研究與系統建構上提供參考依據，提升行動學習的使用者介面設計之應用範疇，讓更多的使用者願意利用行動裝置的優勢，來做為本身學習方式的選擇之一，進而達到無所不在的學習模式。

In recent years, because of the development of information technology, the effect of mobile device has improved, and the function of wireless Internet has become the standard device, so that the mobile service is broadly applied. Moreover, our government promote the wireless Internet positively, and the Mobile Taiwan Project. The mobile learning application will change user’s learning method in the past. People have more learning choices, and there’s less limitation of the location and time. Taiwan is a country which takes trade as the economic foundation; English is always one of the international language people have to lean. Because of the limitation of the hardware in the past, most of the learning content was shown in simply text. Moreover, its interface is complex, so people have less favor on it. The goal of this research is to construct English learning system through interface operation and information content. The research aims at some variations like the usability and perceived impact on learning, and investigates by using questionnaire. The analysis result reveals that different freedoms of interface operation and different information contents will affect the perceived impact of learning. The usability will be higher if the interface operation has more freedom and the less information content.
