具即時輔導策略之線上測驗系統－以資訊基本能力為例

The web-based learning strategy for college students IT ability

摘要

本研究將探討如何將傳統教學常用的策略：提問澄清法、聯想法以及類比法應用在數位學習的即時輔導上，本研究以資訊基本能力的提昇為例，將丙級電腦應用學科題庫做為測驗題庫，挑選其中八十題並分為電腦概論、應用軟體使用、系統軟體使用、資訊安全以及職業道德五大類，學生進行線上測驗之後，如果答題錯誤，系統即提供具輔助策略的提示，每類別皆應用了三種學習策略，系統設計後由203名科大生進行實驗，透過線上測驗並進行即時輔導。經過本研究發現具輔導策略之線上學習確實提升學生之學習成效。

This study proposed an online test system using three traditional teaching strategies including association, analogy and reflective method in e-learning environment. The 80-question test was selected from “class C Information Technology-Software Application Test” for IT Basic ability. There are 5 units including Computer Fundamental, application Usage, information security, and Professional Ethic for improving basic IT skills. There are 203 participators in this experiment. The system will prompt an advisory document, picture or film according to corresponding strategy if the participator selected a wrong answer first time. Comparing to control questions, the participators made significant progress in questions with online strategy. The online material designer and course instructor should take more strategy consideration to have better learning performance.
