電力設備安裝於變電站或變電所內,基於設備及維護人員安全,大多設計有一定高度及強度之支持台架,為確保電力設備或支持台架上之雜散洩漏電流或接地故障電流,台架上裝設有接地引線以提供有效之電流釋放路徑。 本論文首先介紹台電公司各電力設備支持台架及接地系統,再推導台架參數值;此外亦考慮肌膚效應,分析下引線對突波電流耐流能力;最後利用ATP軟體建立台架模型,利用69kV電纜連接站系統進行模擬分析,觀察接地引線與台架暫態電壓及電流變化,提供現場人員安全參考。
For safety reason, electrical equipments used in substation are installed on the support shelf with specific height and strength. To provide effective flow path for the stray leakage current on support shelf and fault current, the ground lead is designed on the shelf. This thesis firstly introduces various equipment shelves and the electric parameters of shelves are then analyzed. In the meanwhile, the Skin Effect is considered for the discharging ability of grounding leads for lightning impulse current. Finally the ATP package is employed for transient simulation of 69kV cable connection stations. The transient voltage on the grounding leads and support shelf are observed.
