隨著知識經濟的發展,智慧財產權儼然成為企業競爭的利基,近年來企業針對研發之主力商品,建立多層次的專利防衛以強化競爭力。根據世界智慧財產權組織(WIPO)統計並報導「善加利用專利資訊,可有效縮短研發時間60%,節省研發經費40%」。目前許多研究運用專利分析及專利地圖,評估公司的產出專利的強度、專利與科學間的連結強度,卻無法說明指出技術創新的方向及產出創新專利。 本研究透過專利地圖,針對互動式遊戲產業主要的技術群,進行現有關鍵專利之技術脈絡分析,搭配TRIZ原理,找出可能技術創新的方向。最後針對未來研發周邊產品,進行創新加值設計及專利佈局,擴大公司產品的技術保護範圍,期望建立商品完整之專利保護,獲取商品最大的利潤。
The development of Intellectual Property Right (IPR) provides enterprise a niche opportunity in an era of the knowledge-based economy; lately, many enterprises have studied IPR and manage the IP asset for their commodities to intensify their competition using a multiple-layer patent protection. Referring to statistical reports of WIPO, it could save 60% in research time and 40% in cost, if researchers are good at employing patent information. Now, existing researches evaluated the patent strength, and its scientific link using patent analysis and patent portfolio techniques for enterprises, however, they cannot point out probable manner of technology innovation and reveal the candidate of innventive technology. In the present study, authors analyzed the interactive games industry to discover the technology trend roadmap of the key patents via patent map as well as expose inventive concept using TRIZ theory. Moreover, provide the value-add services to enlarge the claims in the innovative design of future peripheral commodity. Consequently, our work can construct a complete intellectual property protection using patent portfolio technology for patent application to achieve the maximum profit from enterprise commodities.
