摘要


企業建置眾多資訊系統,以協助公司管理公司營運,由於資訊系統經年累月擴充,產生高複雜性、異質且不相容的系統。以致整合產生困難;目前部份企業使用的企業應用整合(Enterprise Application Integration, EAI)整合企業營運管理系統,但此系統較適用於封閉架構,對於異質分散式架構的資訊的整合,產生許多問題,因此本研究運用商用的軟體元件庫,建構一個具有跨平台、分散式的企業決策輔助平台資訊雛型系統,運用協同合作方法,能快速將企業各分公司營運系統予以整合,例如企業資源規劃(ERP),供應鍵系統(SCM),顧客關係管理(CRM)與外部資訊系統的整合,以提供即時且正確的決策與預測資訊,提高主管決策的品質。企業戰情室經由平衡計分卡(Balanced Scorecard, BSC)四大構面所獲得的關鍵績效指標,透過以視覺化的圖表及儀表板方式予以完整呈現,以協助釐清及改善營運問題,提高即時反應速度與決策能力。

Enterprises are encountering the integration problems of heterogeneous information systems, after developed and extended various information systems or sub-systems for business management. Now, enterprises have employed the enterprise application integration (EAI) to aggregate management information systems of organizations. However, this technique is more suitable to integrate intra-systems, not well at aggregating non-homogeneous information of distributed architecture. Hence, this paper propose a new cooperative approach to resolve incompatible issues of integration of non-homogeneous information system based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and construct a prototype of decision support system(DSS)-Enterprise Cockpit, it can operate in the distributed and interoperable platform by integrating ERP, SCM, CRM and outside information system via reusable components of commercial software. Moreover, it is capable of providing the real-time and correct information for managers to promote the decision quality. Applying KPIs derived from four aspects of BSC, enterprise cockpit offers the valuable decision information, displaying with diagrams, tables and digital boards, to help decision maker identify the problems and quickly react to business operations.
