協助公司管理公司營運,企業建置眾多各別功能的資訊系統,但因資訊系統經年累月擴充,以致分散式整合產生的問題,主管無法運用整合異質資訊系統,分析資訊並下達決策。此外,隨著雲端運算(cloud computing)的興起,帶動全球化資訊服務的新象,即時且正確的決策更顯的重要;因此本研究運用協同合作方法並導入網路服務(web service),建構一個具有跨平台、分散式的企業決策輔助平台(decision support platform),以資訊流快速將企業各分公司營運資訊,將企業營運的現況與異常問題,即時反應於戰情室的整合性面板,作為主管決策與預測的基礎,提高主管決策的品質。企業績效經由平衡計分卡四大構面所獲得的資訊,經整合作業流程改善(process improvement)與資料探勘(data mining)以分析績效,再透過商用的軟體元件庫以視覺化的圖表及儀表板方式予以完整呈現,以協助釐清營運問題,提高即時決策反應以改善營運。
To effectively facilitate the operation management, enterprises have built many independent information systems; however, it arise the integration problem for MIS by distributed heterogeneous information systems to generate that manager cannot make the right decision immediately via aggregating the necessary information. Furthermore, became the global service model is promising that leads to the necessaries of real-time making a decision correctly throughout the fast growth of application of cloud computing. Hence, this paper propose a new cooperative approach as well as construct a decision support system(DSS) with enterprise cockpit to resolve incompatible issues of integration of heterogeneous information system based on web service; DSS can display the real-time information using a set of reusable components of commercial software. It integrates information flow from branch offices of corporation to show the valuable real-time operation data and anomaly problems for managers to enhance the decision quality by exhibiting on panels of enterprise cockpit. Moreover, applying KPIs derived from four main aspects of BSC (Balanced Scorecard) to evaluate the operation performance via process improvement and data mining technique, fully visualizing with diagrams, tables and digital boards, to help decision maker identifying the problems and quickly react to business operations.
