隨著企業持續地擴張,營運總部要管理的業務也日趨繁雜。為了有效管理龐大的跨國企業,營運總部需要一有效的資訊系統(戰情室),幫助企業高階主管監控企業營運狀況。 國內許多企業對戰情室這個名詞或許很陌生,它是企業運籌帷幄的決策中心,藉由數位儀表版、投影螢幕、視訊會議系統等工具,顯示企業關鍵績效指標,以協助高階主管監控企業營運狀況,對於跨國企業而言,戰情室是一項競爭利器。 然而,現在的企業在急需建置戰情室的情況底下,面臨不知該從哪裡開始著手的窘境,本研究在遍查國內外戰情室相關文獻後,亦無發現一適當的戰情室規劃分析程序。因此,本研究以主機板產業為例,提出戰情室的規劃分析程序,希望能提供日後企業在建置戰情室時之參考。 本研究一開始先對戰情室、企業電子化、關鍵績效指標等文獻作相關收集與探討。在第三章部分,本研究針對企業戰情室的規劃程序,提出四階的規劃方法,最後透過對個案公司的訪談與瞭解,本文即以此四階分析程序分析個案公司,以提供日後企業做為參考。
With continuous business expansion, the management of operational headquarter is getting more and more complicated. In order to effectively manage the huge transnational corporation, the operational headquarter needs a effective information system (war room) to help top managers monitor business operation. War room, which is a business decision-making center may be strange to Taiwanese corporations. By digital dashboard, projector screens, video conferences, it reveals key business performance index to aid top managers to monitor business operation. War room is a competitive tool for transnational corporations. However, today’s business which is in urgent need of war room faces a predicament that they don’t know how to start. By literature reviews in war room, we haven’t found a proper war room planning analysis procedure. Taking motherboard industry for an example, we propose a war room planning analysis procedure to provide a reference of establishing war room. At first, the study aims to collect and to explore the literature reviews of war room, electronic business, and key performance index. In Chapter 3, we focus on war room planning procedure and propose a four-step planning method. Finally, this study based on case study interviews analyzes case company with four-step planning method and sincerely hopes that it can be contributed to the companies as a reference.
