CAN Bus介面在目前汽車裝置上已慢慢變為主流,國際上也是應用最多的一種通訊協定,CAN Bus在車輛中主要功能在於各種ECU之間進行通訊,在車輛電子裝置中互相交換訊息,構成一汽車電子網路,CAN Bus在設計的規格特點有抗雜訊強,高速傳輸資料,並能偵測任何錯誤。 車上診斷系統(On Board Diagnostics, 簡稱OBD)內建有各項汽車系統資訊,台灣預計在二零零八年一月一日實施的「汽油車第四期排放標準」,第四期排放標準規定新上市車輛必須加裝車上診斷系統,並且各車廠預計2008年開始新車車上診斷系統所使用之通訊介面將改為CAN Bus系統。 本論文主要是設計與實現一套能夠與車上診斷系統相互通訊的介面,藉以利用汽車內建系統資訊來實現車用碼錶,如此,能減少感測器加裝的費用,減少汽車碼錶配線上的問題,並提供更多的顯示功能,在車輛行駛中提供更多資訊,讓駕駛人掌握汽車動態資訊,當汽車有任何問題都能隨時反應。
CAN bus interface device in cars have gradually become the mainstream nowadays, and the application is the most used internationally. The main function of the CAN bus in vehicles is the communication among different ECU and the exchange of messages on the electronic network in the car, forming the automotive electronic network. CAN bus can eliminate strong noise, transfer data with high speed, and detect any types of error. The on board diagnostics (OBD) has the built-in with all types of information on vehicle systems. In January 1st, 2008, Taiwan implemented the "Phase IV emission standards for petrol vehicle"; it required that the new vehicles entering the market to install OBD systems. In addition, all vehicle factories expect to use the CAN bus system as the replacement starting from the beginning of 2008. In this thesis, we design and implement an interface to communicate with the CAN bus OBD system to fulfill the vehicle dashboard system. This proposed system can reduce the cost of sensor installation and issue on the wiring. Along with that, it also can provide more display function that can provide more information when driving vehicle, so the driver will be able to receive active information that is reflected when the vehicle has any kind of problem.
