車載CAN Bus系統之比較研究

摘要


當代的先進汽車多已引進日趨成熟的CAN Bus串列通訊協定,各項車載控制系統之間藉由此種抗雜訊、重量輕載化的通訊匯流排,相互支援所需定義與參考的動力輸出與行控參數。由於CAN Bus系統的通訊協定屬於資料通訊的範疇,而當前車載系統的操控動作又根植於先進的電子化控制模組,以及所配置的各項動態、即時控制演算法,對於汽車維修工作及程序有全面性的影響。因此了解CAN Bus系統的運作與各車種之間的功能差異,可以促進汽車維修工作的品質。 其中SAAB汽車所配備的CAN Bus系統稱為:P-Bus、I-Bus、O-Bus,分別對應Power train動力傳輸、Instrument儀表及車身資料、Optical多媒體寬頻資料傳輸。在台灣引進之後,所有教育訓練與技術養成,都需要長足的培養才能達到一定成果。 而像裕隆公司所推出的新一代車款:TEANA,雖然是由日本日產汽車(Nissan Motor)授權在台生產,但是關鍵性的零組件、檢整技術與儀器、技術規範…等等,仍受限於技術引進的Know-How保護障礙,同時受制於購置原廠檢測系統的經濟規模過小,一直無法完整取得養成檢整人員所需的低價CAN Bus檢整診斷器與訓練模擬器。 因此,本研究的目的即在於比較研究當前在台灣市場上上市的車種所配備的CAN Bus系統,透過TECH 2及DSP資料擷取設備,完整的解析其中的控制資料,作為未來CAN Bus控制系統實施養成教育的基礎。

Due to its high reliability and cost efficiency, Controller Area Network is the de-facto standard for the implementation of data communication systems in vehicles. The CAN Bus communication systems have now played an outstanding role in the realization of engine control systems available on the automobile market. There are numerous sensors and actuators all equipped with algorithms towards better control of engine functions so that CAN Bus has now been the concern of the maintenance workshop. A thorough understanding of the operation and theory of CAN bus system is vitally important to garage service technicians for developing good quality of service. The SAAB automobiles all have CAN Bus installed in the engine control system named P-Bus, I-Bus and O-Bus, respectively. With the inherit complexity in nature, it is not only taking a longer time to arrange the service training for garage technicians but also last longer for their maturity. While the import of NISSAN TEANA vehicles are now not equally with their service know-how thoroughly to cover relevant CAN Bus system, there exists a need to understand the operation both theory and function. This project is based on a comparative study of CAN Bus systems. The goal is to investigate what makes CAN Bus work and how to develop good quality training materials for the future garage service technicians.
