光學式感測器之自動檢測機具的設計與實現

摘要


由於產品特性的些許差異,反射式光感測器應用於半導體測試機台上,經常因信號的串訊干擾而無法正常動作。因此,必須有一套自動檢測機具來協助材料供應商自動地遴選出可適用的配對光感測器元件。本計畫旨在協助廠商設計與實現這樣的一套自動檢測機具系統。 這套自動檢測機具系統主要是用以檢測與遴選SUNX PM2-LF10反射式光學感測器。為了達成上述之目的,所需完成之雛型產品的架構大致上可分成傳動機構、馬達驅動與控制、回授信號處理以及遴選判定機制等四個部分。 以本計畫所完成之機具系統進行三十對反射式光感測器的配對篩檢工作,並將配對成果送交原廠檢驗測試,初步成功篩檢率為90%。

As the result of the differences between characters of products, photoelectric sensors are applied in semiconductor-testing machine. And that usually could not work because of strings of the signal-interferences. Hence, there must be an auto-testing machine to help that material suppliers can choose the matched photoelectric sensor automatically. This project aims to help the suppliers to design and accomplish the system which can be auto-testing. The auto-testing system is used to test and choose SUNX PM2-LF10 photoelectric sensor. In order to achieve the proposes mentioned below, the frameworks of pre-products that should be completed can be divided into four parts, such as, gearing system, motor drive system , signal system ,and Match select system. The system for this project has been worked photoelectric sensor match for thirty times, and the results have been taken to original equipment manufacturer for test. The strike-rate for testing is 90% initiatively.
