摘要

Library 2.0 為近幾年來網路熱門的討論話題之ㄧ，由於Library 2.0 是從Web 2.0 的觀念、想法與技術研發所衍生出來的，因此同樣透過參與者的群體智慧、分享，把知識有組織的聚合起來，並經由激盪討論產生新的學習模式，將這些想法模式運用於圖書館，讓知識不只從圖書館出去，而產生的迴響也利用網路回到圖書館。一方面提升圖書館工作人員的素質，另一方面讓讀者充分享受到網際網路與Web 2.0 對數位化圖書館所帶來的三大效益： 「便利」、「快速」和「服務」。
本研究希望藉由行動通訊的便利性，將圖書館的服務延伸到手機，只要手機收的到信號的地方就可以使用圖書館的服務。經由無線通訊上網，不必拘泥於有線網路的不便利性。本論文利用支援Java ME(Java Platform, Micro Edition)行動通訊裝置與具互動式網站(Java Servlet)系統的伺服器，來建構校園圖書館行動應用服務。

Library 2.0 has recently been a hot issue on the internet. Extending out the ideas and technology of Web 2.0 which organized participants’ wisdom and sharing to engender new learning modes, Library 2.0 makes these modes into practice and offers knowledge back and forth to libraries. It would better librarians’ literacy and make readers sufficiently enjoy the advantages of Internet and Web 2.0, i.e., convenience, speed and service.
The aim of the research is to spread library services by using the mobile telecommunication. As long as the cellular phones can receive signals, the library services would be offered. The inconveniences and restrictions of the wired network shall be solved by using the wireless telecommunication. The approach utilizes Java ME (Java Platform, Micro Edition) and servers of the interaction website systems (Java Servlet) to construct the mobile services of libraries on the campus
