智慧型LED照明控制系統設計

摘要


LED照明燈具的高發光效率、高可靠性、以及使用壽命長等節能省電,加上可配合環境需求而任意採行多組多重串並聯驅動LED發光的組合優勢,將取代傳統的低壓鹵素燈、白熾鎢絲燈泡及日光燈,成為節能減碳的綠色照明技術主流。 本文將針對多組多重串並聯驅動LED照明燈的特性,提出閉迴路式類比與FPGA-based之全數位LED光照度智慧型控制系統設計法則,說明兩者皆可達成智慧型LED照明控制系統設計。 這套系智慧型統設計也可以用來量測光源輸出品質之檢測,這項技術可以用在自由設定照度測試點之經濟型生產線快速自動照度量測裝置。包括模組化設計感測模組,可量測任意尺寸照光面之照度。量測到待測照光面所有點的同時刻之照度值,無時差。彈性體積尺寸設計,適合不同生產線出貨檢驗。可作自動化長期照度監測。

LED lighting for high luminous efficiency, high reliability, and long life energy saving, coupled with environmental needs can be adopted any multiple drive multi-LED light series and parallel combination of advantages, will replace the traditional low-voltage halogen lamps, Incandescent filament bulbs and fluorescent, a carbon reduction of green lighting technology mainstream. This article will focus on multiple series and parallel drive multiple LED lights on the characteristics of closed-loop analog and FPGA-based All Digital Intelligent LED Lighting Controller System Design rules, Both can all reach the design for intelligent LED lighting control system. The system design of intelligent systems can be designed to measure the output quality of the light source meter testing, the technology can be used to configure the illumination of test points in the economy of production line speed automatic device according to metric measurements. Including the modular design of sensors, any size can be measured according to the illumination of smooth. Smooth measured according to all the points tested with the time value of illumination, no time difference. Flexibility of size design, suitable for different production line shipment inspection. Illumination can be used for automated long-term monitoring.
