GIS於污水下水道雨污混流預警與維護之應用

摘要


本研究以台南市污水下水道系統為對象,透過實際案例之分析, 探討台南市污水截流區內遇暴雨時,污水下水道系統內因雨污水混流,導致部分地區污水溢出路面產生之水災。 本文依據分析結果,以GIS圖形顯示方式提出災害預先警示與檢視維護區堿,研究結果發現以連通管併同截流站及抽水站在汛期或暴雨前夕加速處理排放方式作為減災對策,並經由污水處理廠分階段實施緊急紓流應變,為有效因應超大豪雨所帶來之災害防範方案,並據以分析結果優先檢視維護區堿,以期將災害造成之財損程度降至最低。

This study aims at Tainan City sewage systemas a case stusy for the analysis of early warning and maintenance on mixture of rainwater and sewer by geographic information system (GIS). Results show GIS can calculate and display the alerts and pre- view how disasters made. Furthermore, the operation of connecting pipes associated with sewage intersection stations and pumping stations can rapidly flow out the sewer and stormwater before flooding happens. In addition, emergent pumping of flow by various stages in water treatment plants can show the effective response for avoiding the disaster of flooding. Finally, according to priority analysis, checking the maintenance area can reduce financial expenditure as less as possible.
