Due to rising concerns about environmental issue, cost savings and energy shortage problem, vehicle manufacturers are being forced to shift their attention toward clean energy technologies. Electric vehicle can be an alternative to the internal combustion engine vehicles thanks to advances in battery, control strategy, etc. This thesis will mention the idea of driving system building for brushless direct current motor. The main purpose of this thesis is to construct a driving method, development and upgrading the entire electrical system, method drive brushless direct current motor on the electric vehicle. The construction, renovation and control method of system is based on the research process and principle of control brushless motor. In addition to the design and construction, this topic also refers to the structure and principle operation of every part on the system. Furthermore this thesis lays the groundwork for development of electric car industry by using PWM method in dsPIC 30F4011 model to drive a brushless direct current motor motor. This research aims to provide better understanding about vehicle using electrical energy, principled operation, design method and construction then set out repair method such as design a new system control for electric vehicle.
