由於石油蘊藏量有限,且國際原油價格不斷上漲,研究開發替代能源的重要性日益彰顯,在眾多替代能源中,生質酒精頗受全球矚目。為降低對地球有限石油的依賴,近年來汽油混合乙醇已成趨勢。本研究使用市售95無鉛汽油滲入85%乙醇之E85酒精汽油燃料,在不改變引擎管理系統燃料情況下,只調整空燃比至理論值,比較分析引擎油耗、廢氣排放特性及性能等。經實驗結果顯示, E85燃料在轉速(rpm)及負載提高時一氧化碳(CO)明顯降低53%,二氧化碳(CO2)排放濃度,可以獲得0.05%(CO2)排放改善,但碳氫化合物(HC)在引擎轉速2000rpm時則提高61%,3000rpm時則提高40%。但因空燃比的關係,在相同的馬力(Power)與扭矩(Toqure)表現需增加較多的噴油量。在2000rpm時E85燃料燃料消耗率BSFC (Brake Specific Fuel Consumption)為G95燃料4.7倍,3000rpm時BSFC為G95燃料2.03倍。
Owing to the reserve of petroleum is getting less and less, and the price of petroleum in the world is getting higher and higher. As a result, the significance of exploiting energy is display day by day. In the numerous alternative energies, lives the nature ethyl alcohol quite to receive the global attention. In order to decrease the relying of the global limited resources, the ethyl alcohol mixed with gasoline has become a tendency in recent years. The 95 unleaded gasoline permeating E85 of 85% ethyl alcohol the ethyl alcohol gasoline fuel for my research .Under the situation does not vary the engine management system, I adjust the air-fuel ratio to the theoretical value, comparison and analyze the engine oil consumption ,the exhaust gas discharge, their characteristics ,function, and so on. Demonstrated after the experimental result, when E85’s average emission concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) was reduced 53% compared to G95. In addition, the carbon dioxide (CO2) discharges the concentration may get 0.05 %( CO2) improvement. But if the rotational speed raises and arrives to 2000 rpm, hydrocarbon (HC) will raises 61%. If it arrives to 3000 rpm, HC will raises 40%.Nevertheless, since of the air-fuel ratio relations,At low speed and high load it can provide more power and high torque; but more fuel is needed to produce same power and torque.At 2000 rpm, E85’s BSFC was 4.7 times that of G95; 2.03 times at 3000 rpm. Ethanol has lower air/fuel ratio and heat value.
