同軸脈動式無段變速機構之創新與分析

摘要


本研究主要目的在於利用創意性機構設計方法,創新出多種可行的同軸脈動式無段變速機構(Coaxial Impulse Type Continuous Variable Transmission mechanisms)並進行運動分析。首先蒐集有關無段變速機構之 論文、期刊及專利公報了解其作動原理及變速方式,做為創造出新型同軸脈動式無段變速機構之參考方向,並將無段變速機構加以分類與分析,歸納出同軸脈動式無段變速機構的設計需求及設計限制,接著利用機構合成方法,找出三連桿到六連桿其自由度為一的所有同軸脈動式無段變速機構之特殊化鏈,最後將其轉化為機構簡圖,再利用Solid Works 繪圖軟體繪製出3D實體圖,說明各種新型機構之變速原理及作動方法,並以向量迴路法進行新型機構的運動分析。 本文針對同軸脈動式無段變速機構進行構造合成,共得到兩個三連桿、三個四連桿、五個五連桿及十二個六連桿的新型同軸脈動式無段變速機構,本研究成果可提供無段變速機構應用的新選擇。

The purpose of this research is to apply creative design method to obtain a new designs of coaxial impulse type continuous variable transmission (CVT) mechanism. First, we collect journal papers and patents of CVT mechanisms and study their operation and change speed principle to decide the research direction. Then the existing CVT mechanisms will be analyzed and categorized to conclude their design requirements and constraints. In this research, we use the method of construction synthesis to find all of possible specialized chains of the coaxial impulse type CVT mechanism including three-bar to six-bar with one degree of freedom linkages. Then the corresponding schematic diagram of each feasible specialized chain will be obtained. Furthermore, we use the drawing software Solid Works to draw the 3D graphic for the new designs and illustrate the change speed mode and operation principle. Finally, kinematic analysis of a design example by using the vector loop method is performed. The research target is to find the new designs of coaxial impulse type CVT mechanism by using the mechanism synthesize method. We obtain 22 new designs including two of three-bar linkage, three of four-bar linkage, five of five-link, and twelve of six-link linkage. The results of this research can provide a new choose for the use of CVT mechanisms.
