摘要

隨著網際網路的普及，各種服務紛紛網路化，其中網路上租屋服務也跟著日趨增加。對於學生，網路租屋變成一項方便的服務，讓在外求學的學生可以在網路上找尋自己需要的租屋資訊。雖然網路提供的租屋資訊豐富且便利，但資訊中也會存在著許多隱藏的不安全性。
本研究以科技接受模式與媒體豐富理論為理論基礎，計畫的目標主要探討學生採用虎尾科技大學雲端租屋網的使用態度與行為意圖，會受到那些關鍵因素的影響。同時考慮學生在校外上尋找租賃房屋時，校外租屋環境安全是學生家長以及學校最重視的問題，而租屋安全考量也是本研究欲探討之範圍。在過去文獻中發現鮮少有學者探討有關影響網路租屋服務之關鍵因素。本研究可以藉由了解影響學生使用網路租屋的關鍵因素之後，進而調整網路租屋系統的建置與經營，使得學生能在便利的網路服務環境下，能有更安全及豐富的租屋資訊。

As popularization of the Internet, various services are provided and available through the Internet. Nowadays, the service of house renting through the Internet becomes a very usual and easy way for people finding the suitable places to stay. By this way, the safe housing information can be provided by the universities so that students can explore the information of qualified houses/rooms. Based on this houses/rooms rentental mechanism provided by universities, the houses with better quality and safety can assured and introduced to college students. The factor of living safety is considered in the Formosa cloud house rental system, which is different from the commercial ones on the web.
The proposed theory of this study is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Media Richness Theory (MRT). In this study, the main object is to discuss which factors will influence students’ attitude and purpose of using National Formosa University Cloud House Rental System. When considering students rent houses, safety of housing is the top priority to students’ parents and schools. The safety of housing is also in this study’s scale. In literature, the possible factors which will affect the service of renting house on the internet are rarely discussed.After realizing the key factors that affect the use of rental house/room system through Internet, this research results can provide the way to improve the performance and the operations of the house rental system constructed by National Formosa University. It makes the college students easily obtain more abundant rental information through Internet with better living safety.
