動態負荷光學油膜量測機台設計與不同表面花紋對於磨潤性能影響之研究

摘要


本論文利用光干涉原理應用於測量兩表面間油膜厚度進行磨潤性能分析,設定不同滑塊傾角、不同切線速度、不同負載、動態負載、不同表面形貌參數,探討不同實驗參數對油膜厚度與摩擦力的影響,並用液動潤滑理論驗證準確性,並期望達到以表面工程技術進行元件表面花樣設計以減少摩擦阻力與提高抵抗動態負荷為目標。   本文創新設計製造出具有摩擦與動態負荷功能之面接觸潤滑性能分析試驗台,並且已驗證出與雷諾方程式相同的變化趨勢。橫向研磨加工有效於提升油膜厚度。而在不同花紋、面積覆蓋率、深度等表面花樣的實驗,結果顯示圓槽表面花紋與比較其它花紋型式有較大油膜厚度,並且與光滑試件在不同速度與傾角下,高負荷時有較高的油膜厚度,避免孔蝕並且具有較低之摩擦力,顯示在相同操作條件下能夠有效提高油膜對負荷乘載能力,減少動力需求、減少溫升與表面碰撞效應。本文亦設計一組動態負荷裝置以探討於施加動態負荷時量測油膜,發現在動態循環負荷下對比於靜態負荷,在相同負荷與速度下有較低的油膜厚度;但在兩個循環負荷之高點負荷的油膜厚度比較,第二次循環負荷油膜厚度高於第一次循環油膜厚度。

This paper utilizes optical interference principle to measure oil film thickness between two surfaces to analyze lubrication performance. It sets different slider angles, tangential velocities, load, dynamic load and surface topography parameters to discuss influence of different experimental parameters on oil film thickness and friction, and uses hydrodynamic lubrication principle to verify accuracy, as well as expects to utilize surface engineering technology to conduct component surface pattern design, so as to reduce frictional resistance and improve resistance of dynamic load.   This paper innovatively designs and creates a surface contact lubrication performance analysis platform with function of friction and dynamic load and has verified the same change trend with Reynolds equation. Transverse grinding helps to improve oil film thickness. The experiments of surface details in different figures, fraction of area coverage and depth show that circular groove surface pattern has bigger oil film thickness that those of others. It has bigger oil film thickness than smooth test parts in different speeds and dip angles when the load is higher. It can avoid hole corrosion and has lower frictional resistance, showing that it can effectively improve load capacity of the oil film in the same operating condition, to reduce power demand and temperature rise as well as surface collision effect. This paper also designs a set of dynamic load devices to discuss that dynamic load has lower oil film thickness than that of static load in the same load and speed; while in comparison of oil film thickness at high circulating load, the oil film thickness of the second circulating load is higher than that of the first circulating load.
