線切割放電加工在現代加工產業上是個不可缺少的切割方式之一,所使用的線切割用銅線在加工工件上是個極為重要的角色。本文採用影像檢測線切割用銅線,用CCD搭配影線擷取卡截取銅線圖像進而分析,選擇影像檢測的優點有體積小、不會與工件相互碰撞而導致變形,低成本等優勢。 線切割用銅線是由鑽石眼膜將其拉細,故鑽石眼膜的更換時機顯得非常重要。因過早更換鑽石眼膜,使其成本增加;但過晚更換,會導致銅線品質降低。為了再銅線品質及更換鑽石眼膜時機這兩者上分別發揮出最極致的效能,故本文提出一四點定圓法量測線切割用銅線的方法,且由結果上得知此方法可行。本文用CCD截取銅線水平與垂直兩方向的影像截圖並用影像分析處理銅線邊緣,再用四點定圓法建立銅線真圓度,在依照四點定圓法的定義得銅線半徑的最大值、最小值及平均值,當超出所設限的最大精度範圍時,表示鑽石眼膜產生磨耗,必須更換鑽石眼模維持銅線成品品質,這樣就能掌握住銅線的更換時機。最後,與期望的精度範圍比較決定是否更換鑽石眼膜。
Wire-cut Electrical Discharging Machining (WEDM) was an indispensable cutting one of way on recent processing industry. The cutting wire was an important tool for work-piece process. This article used image detection way for cutting wire, CCD connect with image capture card to take the wire image and analysis, the advantage of image detection is small volume、no contact with work-piece bring deformation、cost down etc. The cutting wire was drawing processes work from diamond dies,so the replacement time of diamond dies to be important very much. Diamond dies replaces earlier that cost up. But if it replaces later, wire keep not quality. Wire quality and diamond dies replacement both exerted ultimate efficacy respectively. To measure cutting wire propose mode method of 4-points circle in this article. And then the method is available from result of actual experiment. It detected wire of two direction of horizontal and vertical both diameter in this article. To establish wire section use four points method. According to allowable accuracy range that wire set a criterion. When over allowable accuracy range, diamond dies generated abrasiveness already, diamond dies must replacement immediately, the wire keep product quality. Grasped replacement time of diamond dies by this way.
