人手一杯手搖飲料是台灣特有的景象,然而近年來台灣發生了許多食品安全事件,例如飲料方面的塑化劑事件及茶葉農藥殘留問題,許多手搖飲料業者之營收也受到衝擊,因此業者也積極回應消費者對食安議題的期待,以提升顧客滿意度。本研究主要探討消費者在業者加強食安管理下,品牌形象與服務品質如何影響顧客滿意度。本研究採問卷調查法,以彰化地區茶飲消費者為對象進行資料收集,共收集有效問卷314份,採相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法來進行研究分析。研究結果顯示相關影響顧客滿意度的因素中,以品牌形象中之安心認證及服務品質中之安全履歷對顧客滿意度最具顯著的正向影響。因此茶飲業者應強化這兩項因素之推動與管理,才能於社會重視食安議題的氛圍中繼續獲得消費者的信賴。
Handshake beverages are very popular in Taiwan, However in recent years, Taiwan has undergone many food safety incidents, such as plasticizers events and tea beverages pesticide residues, many of the handshake beverage stores’ revenue are also affected. This study focused on consumers in handshake beverage stores to strengthen food security under management, brand image and service quality affects customer satisfaction. A total of 314 questionnaires were collected for correlation and regression analysis. The results showed that in order to increase customer satisfaction, it is essential for tea stores to reinforce the incoming inspection of raw materials and food traceability system.
