摘要


CD-酵素免疫分析法(CD ELISA)在生物檢測上,因為其檢測時間的縮短與成本降低,有值得發展的機會。在CD酵素免疫分析法的過程中需要點入多種不同的溶劑(如:待檢測樣本、與抗體結合反應的酵素、螢光劑、清洗劑等..),然而在一片檢測CD片上通常有10∼20組的分析槽,每一組分析槽會因設計的不同需要注入點數量也不同,通常一組分析槽會有五個以上的溶劑滴入點,因此在一片CD-ELISA試片上會有數十點甚至上百點的試劑注入點,這些多而繁雜的試劑注入工作造成檢測時間因此拉長,而實驗操作人員也因長時間的注入工作造成手腕及腰部的工作傷害。 甲 因此本研究的目的在製造一使用於CD酵素免疫分析法(CD ELISA)的試劑注入儀器,儀器研發方向分成硬體與軟體兩個部分,在軟體方面使用C++程式設計軟體編寫試劑注入儀器的操作介面與操作模式,硬體部分包含一溫度濕度控制箱與使用滾珠軸承制動器之XYZ三軸平台,整合軟體與硬體這兩大部分完成試劑注入儀器的製作部分後,再由本校生科系人員?任測試人員實際操作測試儀器,列出測試結果與機台的優點與需要改進之處,測試結果儀器可以確實完成注入工作,達到原設定目標避免操作人員工作傷害與節省人力的功能。

The hardware consists of a temperature and humidity control box with the use of ball bearing actuator, XYZ axis platform. Integrated software and hardware to complete the two most part the production of reagents into the instrument after. Tested by the school department of biotechnology students practice test equipment. Lists the test results and the advantages of machine and needs to be improved. Test injection equipment can actually complete the work.
