本論文是以實驗方法進行機車空氣濾清器的濾材性能分析。空氣濾清器的濾芯會直接影響到引擎的壽命,若濾芯無法有效的過濾掉空氣中對引擎有害的灰塵,使引擎劣化,不僅引擎壽命會縮短也會因其磨損而造成空氣汙染。 本研究使用兩種不同的濾材,並將兩種濾材分別噴上0g、7g、10g、14g、17g及20g共6種不同的含油量進行測試。分析兩種濾材含油量的多寡對空氣濾清器的性能是否有影響。其濾過性能是以通氣抵抗、粉塵捕捉量、清淨效率等三項作為評價依據。 一般來說若要保護引擎不被灰塵磨損,則要採用清淨效率高的濾材,但清淨效率高相對的通氣抵抗也會高,若通氣抵抗高則會造成進氣量少,馬力減小。透過本研究結果可顯示濾紙含油量的多寡與通氣抵抗、粉塵捕捉量及清淨效率三者之間的關係。 當濾芯含油量越少時,清淨效率及通氣抵抗越佳,粉塵透過率則越低;反之,若濾芯含油量增加時,清淨效率及通氣抵抗則變差,粉塵透過率也就越高。但粉塵捕捉量的趨勢則為逐漸上升後再慢慢下降,依此測試結果發現含油量在10g時,可以捕捉到最多的粉塵量,清淨效率也可達到97%以上。
In this paper, we used an experimental method to analyze the filter functions of the motorcycle's A/C (air cleaner). The A/C filter has a direct effect on the engine's life. The engine will be ruined if the harmful dust is not filtered out, it will not only shorten the engine life, but also makes air pollution because of wear and tear. We used two kinds of filter sprayed with the oil content 0g、7g、10g、14g、 17g and 20g respectively, in order to analyze the influence of the oil content on the A/C's function. The filter's function was based on resistance, dust holding, and filtration efficiency. In general, if we want to protect the engine from wear and tear by dust, we will use a filter with high filtration efficiency, but the resistance will also be higher, this means that air intake and horsepower will both be lower. The result of this research, is that we can find the relationship between oil content of filter paper and the resistance, dust holding, and filtration efficiency. When the cartridge is low oil content of the more, the better the filtration efficiency and resistance, the lower the transmittance of dust; Conversely, if the increase in oil content filter, filtration efficiency and resistance to the poor, dust transmittance is higher. But the trend compared to the amount of filtration efficiency gradually increased and then slowly decline, so the test results showed that the oil content in the 10g, you can capture the maximum dust, filtration efficiency can reach above 97%.
