超音波切割機建構與分析

摘要


本論文主旨在開發超音波切割機,設計一個以桌上型CNC銑床為基礎概念的機台,並實際上線使用,其中機台的人機界面設計規畫,包含機台訊息顯示模組、功能群組顯示模組、功能選項顯示模組以及機台功能顯示模組,此機台主要是利用超音波傳動子連接聲波切割頭,透過聲波切割頭之放大位移效應,將此振動能量傳遞到加工晶圓上,此外提供之切割頭可與市售購買之慢速鑽石切割刀作更換,進而達到超音波切割之效果。 關鍵字:超音波切割、人機界面、晶圓切割

This study was intended for the development of composite processing machine that combines roll soldering and ultrasonic cutting. The design of automatic optical inspection (AOI) for LCD panel manufacturing was selected as the example to design a platform based on the concept of a processing machine combining roll soldering and ultrasonic cutting, which was placed in practice. The man-machine interface design consisted of several modules for platform information display, function group display, functional option display and platform function display. The platform works by connecting ultrasonic drive (傳動子) to ultrasonic soldering joint. The magnified displacement effect of the joint was introduced to transmit this vibratory energy to the wafer to be processed for ultrasonic soldering. The soldering joint provided was interchangeable with market-available slow-speed diamond cutters for ultrasonic cutting.
