The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of different customer background and different Customer Satisfaction with cable TV and digital CATV and Broadband Access Services of eastern area customer in Yunlin County. Using frequency distribution, descriptive statistics, independent T test, one way-ANOVA , Pearson correlation analysis and Crosstabe and Chi-square test to analyze the information from questionnaire. The result of research provides concrete approaches for operators to improve the services and functionalities in order to promote the development of Customer Satisfaction of digital CATV and Broadband Access Services.
