PC-Based工具機機電整合教學系統之建構

摘要


本文以杜特有限公司捐贈之三軸工具機零組件,將所有零組件組裝成三軸工具機,並另行裝設伺服馬達、變頻器及PC-based控制器等,使其可達到實際運作目的,並兼具相關課程教學功能,希望能以方便操作和簡單化學習流程,讓大學以上程度的學生或機械工程師,在此PC-based控制器機電整合之教學系統的協助下,以最快的速度進入自動控制領域。本文以智研科技公司所開發完成之控制器為基礎架構,建構出所需之教學平台,教學系統內容包括驅動器與控制器參數調諧、變頻器與控制器參數調諧、PLC順序控制程式開發、人機介面設計與規劃等,其PLC順序控制編程與人機介面開發之教學則是採用範例解說方式,教學者只要遵循此教學方式能有效地讓學習者快速吸收PLC編程與人機介面編程。

In this paper, a three-axis engraving machine is composed of frame components donated by Dutt Co., Ltd, three new drives, an inverter, sensors, and a PC-based controller. It can not only fulfill a fully operational purpose,but also can by used as teaching and educational functions. The easy operation and simplyfied learning process characteristic can make undergraduate students and mechanical engineers to get into the electrical control technology domain in a rapidly way by the assistance of which the teaching and educational system we developed. Based on the CNC controller framework developed by Intek technology, the contents of the teaching and educational platform which we constructed features(includes) the parameters tunning of the drives and the controllers, the parameters tunning of the inverter and the controllers, the ladder design, and human-machine interface design, etc. The PLC sequence control programming and human-machine interface design of the teaching method is explained using examples and teaching those who follow this teaching method as long as effective in enabling learners quickly absorb the PLC programming and human-machine interface programming.
