人性化PC-Based控制器教學系統開發

摘要


我國資訊工業技術蓬勃發展之際,各型產業機械搭配PC-Based 控制器建構出智慧化的功能已成為精密機械的發展潮流。且我國社會結構逐漸轉入M型社會,擁有CNC控制器應用開發技術的人才短缺嚴重,且CNC控制器是又是精密機械產業的核心關健技術,如何提昇精密機械產業的附加價值與人才養成問題是當務之急。 本計劃擬建構一套人性化PC-Based控制器教學系統,希望能以更人性化、方便操作和簡單化學習流程,令大學(含)以上程度的機械工程師或學生,在此人性化PC-Based控制器教學系統的協助下,能以最快速度進入PC-Based 控制器領域,並可協助精密機械產業業者開發人性化、專業化、智慧化的精密機械。 本計劃是以智研科技有限公司開發完成的PC-Based 控制器為基礎架構,建構出一套人性化PC-Based控制器教學系統,本系統利用現有桌上型CNC銑床搭配智研科技公司的INCON-M650控制器,建構出所需的教學平台。教學系統內容包括控制器參數調整、控制器Ladder設計和控制器專業化的HMI(人機介面)設計、專業與智慧化的加工製程規劃、人性化的操作者使用介面。擬本計劃執行完成後能有以桌上型CNC銑床為例所建構出的人性化PC-Based控制器教學系統,可以協助業者解決基礎CNC技術與人性化、專業化、智慧化的精密機械開發人才等養成問題。

Due to the fast development in information technology these years, the different types of industry-machine using PC-Based controller will be constructed to have the wise function in world trend. The social structure comes into M-type in Taiwan. The engineers of application technology for CNC controller are shortage seriously. And the CNC controller is the key technology in the precision- machine. So, how to promote the appendant value of precision industry-machine and engineers training are very important to do. The project was focused on constructing the training system in the humanistic PC-Based controller. The training system will be humanistic、operative easily、simple using .So ,the mechanical engineer and student of collage degree using the training system would understand easily the PC-Based controller . Then, they will have the energy to develop the humanistic、professional and wise function of precision- machine for the industry-machine company. The project was based on the PC-Based controller of INTEK company to construct the training system in the humanistic PC-Based controller. The training system would use the 3-axis machine of desktop and INCON-M650 controller. The training system will include the following items: the controller parameters tuned up、the Ladder designed、the HMI of controller designed、the professional and wise manufacturing process planned、the humanistic HMI of user designed. The training system in the humanistic PC-Based controller will be setup into the 3-axis machine of desktop with the INCON-M650 controller. So, the 3-axis CNC machine would be a example for the training system. Then, the training problem of basic CNC technology and application technology for CNC controller can be solved in the future by the training system.
