工具機產業是機械產業之基礎工業,其發展內容亦與國內其他產業息息相關,故工具機產業發展動態更受到先進國家的重視。其中多軸加工中心機的開發成為現今精密工具機的主流趨勢,以本文中為例的五軸綜合加工中心機,包含三組線性軸與兩組旋轉軸,在零組件裝配數量上就比基本三軸工具機多,因此針對五軸工具機的生產製程做有系統的追蹤管理,便成為本文之系統建構動機。綜觀現今多數的工具機製造業,在生產製程中仍採用紙本記錄方式,不但資料無法迅速取得,資料的紀錄也會因諸多外在因素而保存不周全,因此,本文建構一套具可追溯性之生產履歷管理系統,並應用於五軸工具機之裝配製程內,同時因電子化系統之效,可擺脫原紙本記錄的諸多不便,即能更快速更直接式的追溯查詢生產製程紀錄,此外,本系統之建構亦加入資料開放權限,目的是僅供製程當責人員或是製程主管級人員做有限的查閱,甚至是有限制的修正資料。 本文之工具機生產履歷管理系統架構,首先採用魚骨圖來說明生產製程中,各工作關卡的零組件性質與組裝要因,並將關係明確化,再利用E-R Model來加強說明各工作關卡的裝配實體關係,藉以作為本系統之實作基礎。本系統應用Access資料庫管理軟體來實現系統架構,其中Access主要用以儲存、整頓現場裝配人員與電控人員於機台組件組裝過程的工作紀錄,包含,零組件料號,自主檢查紀錄,基本參數設定紀錄,精度檢驗與特殊精度校正紀錄等重要資料。如此在未來售服人員或是品保相關人員欲追溯檢查某機台之製程歷史紀錄,不僅能快速查閱,更能加快回應客戶之問題及需求,大幅提升公司生產製程的績效。
