隨著全球產業分工,我國工具機產業發展將面臨轉型,原有的成本優勢逐漸轉移至中國大陸等勞力低廉的國家,我國工具機產業逐漸發展為以資本密集甚至知識密集的產業型態,而電子化則扮演著產業升級的推手;本研究主要利用文獻探討及專案的修正發展出一套適用於工具機產業之電子化能力評估模式與指標,並找出影響該產業電子化能力之因素並加以驗證。 Antitesh Barua, Prabhudev Konana, Andrew B. Whinston and Fang Yin等四位學者在Driving E-Business Excellence一文中,最終的結論表示上下游廠商之電子化準備程度將影響本身電子化能力,本研究利用本身發展出的研究構面以及Pearson’s相關性分析加以檢驗,印證了Antitesh等四位學者的論點,顯示對台灣工具機產業而言,外部廠商電子化準備程度將影響本身電子化能力發展;另一項影響因素來自於產業型態的觀察,台灣工具機產業多屬於中小型企業,由於產業型態的特殊以及相關產品的多樣化,造成工具機產業以體系為中心的產業型態,廠商本身與外部廠商的關係能力是否影響本身電子化能力表現,成為一個值得探討的指標,本研究亦利用相關性分析加以驗證,並發現廠商本身關係能力對於本身電子化程度具強烈顯著正相關;利用這兩個驗證結果發展出未來工具機業廠商電子化發展及政府輔導政策之相關建議,希望能藉由本研究為我國工具機產業未來電子化方向帶來正面效益。
The same with other traditional industries in Taiwan, the machine tool industry is facing industrial transition, and IT is one of the most important factors. My research will find out a adoptable e-capability evalution model to measure the machine tool industry in Taiwan, and observe present e-capability of machine tool industry. Scholars, Antitesh Barua, Prabhudev Konana, Andrew B. Whinston and Fang Yin, propose that the external coporations’ IT readiness will influence coporation self e-capability. On the other hand, survey the machine tool industry in Taiwan, and we can find some characteristics. The ability of relationship is one of the indicator worth to research. So we use some statistical method to analyse both of these factors. Finally, we can come out some results: 1.Extenternal coporations’ IT readiness and ability of relationship would have significant influence to e-capability. 2.Overview all the e-capability dimensions, Machine tool industry in Taiwan lacks “External Process” and “Creating New Reality and Adding Value”. 3.Overview the development of machine tool industry, 25 percent of machine tool industry coporations lack IT perception, and 67 percent coporations will face some challenges to make their process more efficient via IT.
