遠端車載診斷系統開發

摘要


隨著現代發動機電控系統越來越複雜,一旦出現故障,在修理時對故障類型的判定也越來越困難;因此,汽車故障檢測儀,成為汽車修理過程中必備儀器。傳統的汽車原廠故障檢測儀器,存在價格昂貴、通用性差和不易攜帶等缺點;本論文提出利用整合第二代車上診斷系統(On-Board Diagnostic II , OBD-II)、GSM行動無線網路,開發一套具有即時遠端監控之車載診斷系統。本系統主要提供車輛即時狀況監控,功能包括:(1)空氣流速;(2)節氣門;(3)負載;(4)溫度;(5)轉速;(6)車速;(7)進氣溫度;(8)電壓等數據即時顯示及記錄。透過以上的資訊結合2G無線網路,行車監控中心可以即時掌控車輛的狀況,並且在車輛故障前提出警告,以降低維修成本、時間,提高車輛行駛安全性。本論文期望藉由這套系統的機制,可以達到車輛汙染檢驗、即時警告、車輛故障排除、駕駛安全性的提升,並增加駕駛人的便利性。

With modern engine control systems are becoming increasingly complex, once a fault occurs, the fault type of repair has become increasingly difficult to determine, so the car fault detector has become essential to the process of auto repair equipment. However, the traditional automotive original fault detection instrument exists expensive, general poor and difficult to carry such shortcomings, this paper proposed using integrated second-generation vehicle contained diagnostic system (On-Board Diagnostic II, OBD-II), GSM mobile wireless network develop a set of real-time remote monitoring of vehicle diagnostic system load. The system provides vehicle instant status monitoring functions include order (1) air flow (2) Throttle (3) Load (4) temperature (5) Speed (6) Speed (7) Intake air temperature (8) Voltage instant display and recording. Through the above information is combined 2G wireless networks, vehicular monitoring center can instantly control the condition of the vehicle, and in the pre-failure warning vehicles to reduce vehicle maintenance costs as well as wasted time. In this thesis, a mechanism expected by the system can achieve vehicle pollution testing, immediate warning, vehicle troubleshooting, enhance driving safety and increase the convenience of motorists.
