以科技接受模式探討平板電腦之使用行為－以雲林縣國小教師為例

本研究以科技接受模式（TAM）為基礎，結合「系統品質」與「電腦自我效能」二個外部變數與「知覺趣味」和「知覺風險」探討國小教師平板電腦之使用行為。實證研究結果顯示 (1) 性別、年齡與對平板電腦的態度是影響平板電腦使用率的主要因素； (2) 科技接受模式適用於國小教師平板電腦之使用行為； (3) 外部變數會正向影響「知覺有用性」、「知覺易用性」與「使用意願」； (4) 「知覺趣味」中的「好奇性」會正向影響平板電腦使用意願；(5) 「知覺風險」中的「財務風險」與「時間風險」則不影響「使用意願」。因此，要提高國小教師平板電腦的使用率，在開發平板電腦產品時，加入「系統品質」與「電腦自我效能」作考量。

The research is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and combines two external variables：「System Quality」、「Computer Self-efficacy」 with 「Perceived Playfulness」and「Perceived Risk」to explore the behavior of using Tablet PC for elementary school teachers. The empirical results show that (1) gender、age and the attitude toward Tablet PC are the main reasons that affect the usage rate of Tablet PC; (2) Technology Acceptance Model can be applied to the behavior of using Tablet PC for elementary school teachers; (3) External variables positively affect 「Perceived Usefulness」、「Perceived Ease of Use」and 「Intention of Use」; (4) 「Curiosity」 in 「Perceived Playfulness」will positively affect 「Intention of Use」(5) 「Financial Risk」and 「Time Risk」of 「Perceived Risk」will not affect 「Intention of Use」. Therefore, if the authorities plan to increase the usage rate of Tablet PC for elementary school teachers, it is suggested the Computer manufacturing industry take 「System Quality」and 「Computer Self-efficacy」into consideration when improving their digital products.
