膠料尺寸線上量測系統開發

摘要


在汽車產業中輪胎佔有非常重要的地位,輪胎提供的功能有支撐車身重量、減少來自路面的衝擊,同時為路面行駛車輛提供推動、操控以及轉向,故輪胎製程中其尺寸規範與品管相當重要,目前輪胎製造商所使用的設備為三組雷射位移計定點量測膠料厚度,此量測方式缺點為厚度取樣點過少、無法擬合膠料之輪廓,且在製程中膠料會產生左右位移現象,三個定點位置的量測方式會造成量測誤差,而無法有效的監控品質進而造成不良品產出。 本研究以自動檢測的方式,開發出一套線上輪胎半製品尺寸量測之系統。此系統採用雷射位移計固定載於微調機構平台,藉由步進馬達控制移動平台,加上自行開發的訊號處理程式與介面,可對線上膠料厚度進行來回掃描量測,此系統優於原本之機台功能為取樣數多、且藉由多取樣點擬合膠料之輪廓,具有高精度、高效率及自動化優點。 為提高系統的性能,本系統對雷射探頭間距量測與滑軌平行度的問題進行分析與補償,然後藉由三次元量測儀來驗證本系統性能,實驗的結果顯示點雷射厚度量測系統靜態重複性精度為0.012mm,而系統動態重複性精度為0.027mm。

Tire plays an important role in automobile industry. It provides the function of supporting the weight of car and reducing the impact from the ground. Also provides the functions of propulsion, controlling and steering. For this reason, the specification and quality controlling of the tire size are important. Presently, the tire manufacture companies measure the rubber thickness in fixing points by using the three pairs of laser sensors. The defect of this method is the insufficient measurement point. So the measurement system cannot get the fitting curve by the measurement data. Also, the rubber will shift during the manufacturing. So the three fixing measurement points may cause some deviation. For this reason, the defective products are not monitoring by the measurement system with high accuracy. In this research, the automatic online measurement system for the semi-finished products is proposed. The laser sensors which are fixed on the vernier tuning stages are included in this system. The stages are controlled by the stepping motor and the self-development program and interface. By this way, the rubber thickness can be measured by the repeating scan procedure. Comparing with the previous system, the new system has more dense measurement point for fitting the surface curve. The advantages of the system are fine precision, high efficiency and automation. For enhancing the performance of the system, the gap between the two laser sensor and the parallelism of the linear slide are analyzed and compensated. According to the verification of the coordinate measuring machine (CMM), the static repeatability is 0.012 mm and the dynamic repeatability is 0.027 mm.
