摘要


摘要 由於現代工業對於切削技術方面上的迅速發展,也連帶的對各種類型如車刀、銑刀、鑽頭等高精度之刀具的要求相當地迫切須要,其中鑽頭刀具之鑽削又是在切削加工中最為基礎與最為廣泛,而一般型之傳統鑽頭至今已是發展得相當成熟,但特殊型鑽頭刀具之研磨製作的研究還很缺乏。因此本論文將以開放式之刀具開發軟體(CAM),對各種特殊型鑽頭刀具之資料庫建立和刀具研磨製程進行規劃與分析,同時應用鼎維公司所生產TG-5之CNC五軸刀具磨床進行鑽頭研磨驗證。 根據刀具特徵合計共有1536資料建立於關聯式資料庫中,利用SQL語法撰寫搜尋刀具的演算法與應用Borland C++Builder 語言程式來開發之人機介面系統,以作為快速搜尋所建立刀具檔案。最後軟體執行結果顯示,在各種形狀之鑽頭刀具搜尋模式下,皆能正確的搜尋到所指令之刀具與開啟刀具資料庫,同時本論文所開發之資料庫系統想當具有彈性與便利性,可容易開發新鑽頭刀具,且對於使用者而言可以改善整體刀具研磨時間並提升產品生產力,而研磨驗證結果顯示亦相當精確。

Abstract Due to the rapid development of cutting technology in recent years, various types of sophisticated cutting tools are required in the market. In which the drilling tool is one of the most widely used by the industrail sector. Therefore, in this study of thesis which is aims to using a five-axis CNC tool grinder and open-based software system to plan the grinding processes and also establish the special drills to develop database system for that tool. A total of 1536 date were build in the relational database according to the characteristics of tools (e.g. types, diameter, Helix, point angle, etc).And then, we used the SQL syntax was utilized to write the searching algorithms, and also used the human machine interfaces of the system were developed by Borland C++ Builder. Finially, the proposed system shows that it is flexible and convenient for user to design a new cutting tools for drilling, and the overall machining time can be saved to improve for productivity.
